Cvent offers event management software in Professional and Enterprise tiers, priced by quote according to the products and features licensed. Self-service registration charges a per-registration fee plus a revenue share once an event goes live. Blackstone-managed funds completed the acquisition of Cvent in June 2023 and its shares left the Nasdaq.
