Qualtrics makes survey and experience-management (XM) software. A free account allows a few active surveys with capped responses; the Strategic Research licence can be bought online, and larger deals are quoted. In May 2026 Qualtrics completed its USD 6.75 billion acquisition of Press Ganey Forsta, a healthcare experience measurement company.
