Segment, part of Twilio, collects customer events from websites, apps and servers and routes them to analytics, marketing tools and data warehouses. A free plan covers 1,000 visitors a month; the Team plan starts at a published monthly price, and Business and CDP plans are quoted. Workspaces are hosted in the US unless an EU workspace is enabled on the Business tier.
