Lumen by Talkwalker is the new name of Talkwalker, the social listening and consumer intelligence platform Hootsuite acquired in 2024. Talkwalker says the product, its data, reports, workflows and integrations stay the same under the new name. Hootsuite now presents Lumen as the listening product of its Social OS suite.

Where it shines
